No Refund Policy

• All payments are final. Our dispatch services require dedicated time and resources, so we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time if a carrier decides to stop using our services before the end of their billing period.

• If you believe there was an incorrect charge, you must notify us within 5 business days of the transaction date.

• Any disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are only granted in cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).

• Clients may cancel their service with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

• Cancellations made after the billing date will be applied to the next month’s cycle, meaning no refund will be issued for the current month.

• If a client fails to meet payment deadlines, services may be suspended until payment is made. No refunds will be provided for any time lost due to non-payment.

• If Kingdom’s Best Transport terminates service due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued.
