No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Our dispatch services require dedicated time and resources, so we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time if a carrier decides to stop using our services before the end of their billing period.
If you believe there was an incorrect charge, you must notify us within 5 business days of the transaction date.

Any disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are only granted in cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).
Clients may cancel their service with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Cancellations made after the billing date will be applied to the next month’s cycle, meaning no refund will be issued for the current month.
If a client fails to meet payment deadlines, services may be suspended until payment is made. No refunds will be provided for any time lost due to non-payment.

If Kingdom’s Best Transport terminates service due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued.
